If you have a car and can drive to Winter Conference, why not make a fun road trip out of it with a few other students who need a ride.
In the rego you will be asked about your transport needs/how you could help drive others. If you don’t have a car/a way to get there, you’ll have an opportunity to let us know in the rego and a lift will be organised for you. We will be in contact with you closer to the conference to let you know any relevant transport arrangements.

Winter Conference 2026 kicks off at 1:00pm at CYC Adventures Gold Coast Sunday July 5th.
Everyone is welcome at Winter Conference! We would love to see you and your mates come along. This is a safe space to be exploring what the Christian faith is or to be depended in your walk with God. There is something for everyone!
If you don’t have a car, don’t panic! We will arrange for someone (either a missionary or fellow student) to pick you up so that you can carpool together. Keep an eye on your emails for more info as Conference approaches.
You will be in a nice little unit with up to 5 others split across 2 bedrooms. Your unit has a spacious lounge, a kitchen with a kettle (for those early morning coffee’s or late night tea’s) and a few other helpful things, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet. There is a little outdoor patio area that would be perfect for soaking up the beautiful site that we will be on this year!
In your rego, you’ll have the opportunity to list one or two others that you’d like to be sharing a unit with. We can’t promise you’ll get to room with both but we can promise to do all we can to make it happen. Winter Conference is a great place to deepen your current friendships and also build new ones, and these room groupings are a great place to start!
The first person you can talk to is your discipler or a missionary on your campus. You are also always welcome to email the Winter Conference Team.
