The National Director’s Office provides spiritual, strategic and organisational leadership by setting direction and providing oversight across all ministries. Our Capacity Teams (LDHR, LIFE and Operations) provide the systems, resources and day-to-day operational support that sustain the organisation and propel the ministries of our missionaries and field strategies. Together, they create the foundation that enables our missionaries to focus on sharing the gospel and making multiplying disciples throughout Australia and the world.
LDHR is made up of two teams, Development and Wellbeing and Human Resources, working collaboratively together to help build healthy people, leaders and teams in mission, so that our organisation and all our members thrive.
We exist to help every missionary and team in Power to Change thrive in life and ministry — empowering them to create movements everywhere as an expression of their love for Jesus.
Our team champions the personal, spiritual, and leadership development of staff through training, coaching, 360 reviews, and growth pathways for emerging and current leaders. We also promote wellbeing by walking with individuals and teams through frameworks for care, identifying stress points, and providing them with development opportunities. We work both proactively and personally, always aiming to strengthen those God has called into His mission.

Our team’s purpose is to develop, communicate, implement and maintain processes and training to help Power to Change and its members to thrive.

The National LIFE team purpose is to “build an engaged community that brings LIFE to the mission”, by inviting Christians to invest their Labour, Influence, Finance and Expertise in God’s Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20) with us. It encompasses a growing community of donors, alumni and leaders, many involved with us for decades.
As an example, our team manages national communications, including this website. We also streamline systems to make it easier for people to give financially, or to go on mission trips and attend events.
Additionally, we build loyalty into our partnerships and manage CRM systems, so your privacy and data is protected.
