Attendance at this event is strictly limited to students aged 18 years or over on the date that the camp/overnight event commences.

INFORMATION COLLECTION STATEMENT

Monash Power to Change collects information regarding personal details, medical conditions and medication where applicable, for the purposes of providing effective first aid and medical attention to participants if required.

Basic participant details, including name, student number and emergency contact details will be passed onto Monash Security in case of an emergency.

This information is kept strictly confidential, and will only be disclosed for the purposes for which it is collected. By providing this information and attending this event, you consent to us collecting the information for these purposes.

Cancellation Policy

• Please note that you must pay by the deadline for your registration to be processed. If payment or the remittance advice of payment has not been received by the deadline, your registration will be considered void (cancelled).
• There are no refunds for cancellations of your registration after the deadline.
