Whether this is in a schoolyard, a university, a workplace, a sporting group or in your home, the OurGenerations team will help to develop you as a ‘multiply’ leader who equips and sends people from your group to connect their own friends with Jesus, forming their own groups who are learning to follow Him.
With a small group of other ‘multiply’ leaders, our team of gifted practitioners will facilitate you through a simple coaching process that is used all over the world as one of the ‘best practices’ for developing leaders. You’ll discover Biblical principles in the gospels and Acts that help you form and multiply more communities like Jesus.
Imagine if that person in your group who formed a new group with Jesus followed your example of ‘multiply’! They could see one of their people form a new group. That would be three generations of new believers formed through you!
Wow. Surely this is one way we could see a Jesus centered community within reach of every person, everywhere!
OurGenerations is for any person who has formed a new faith community around Jesus, that has a vision and commitment to see that group multiply.
Whether you are a full time leader in a church, a tradie on the tools, a university student, a young mum, a business woman or a church ‘planter’ – you could be developed as a leader who multiplies communities like Jesus.
If you have a missional vision of disciples who make disciples and groups that multiply groups to reach their own community then OurGenerations is for you!
Houses of Peace (HOP) are Jesus-centered homes that practice His way of love and mission that results in seeing groups of new believers gathered around Jesus.
These communities are connected and committed to Jesus, to each other, and to joining God’s heart of mission in their everyday places of life. They live out the priorities of Jesus as they follow the simple practices of church that are drawn out of Acts 2:42.
Using a simple process called ‘Three-Thirds Discipleship’ and ‘Bible discovery’, the HOP is an adaptable missional model that can be applied to any context—whether engaging with God’s Story with family or friends in homes around the kitchen table, in the lunch room with fellow work colleagues, or at a local café on the weekend.
