Linen is supplied by the site which includes pillows, sheets, blankets and bath towels. If you are planning on using the pool, you will need to bring your own towel for this. If you wish to swim at the beach, the beach closest to the site does NOT have lifeguards. Please do not swim there.
We are trialling Breakfast Packs with the venue this year as an option for those who prefer to not self-cater. They can be ordered through the registration process. Breakfast packs include
Packs will need to be picked up from reception daily at a set time. Breakfast packs are an additional fee of $15/meal.
You can arrive onsite on 10 January from 2:30pm. Registration will be open until 4pm.
For those travelling from interstate or internationally we have a bus that will shuttle you to the conference. Please select this option in your registration if required.
If you need to update your registration to add this or are unsure if you selected this please email connexion@powertochange.org.au and someone from the conference team will get back to you. Once you have booked your flights please enter those details into this Google Form so that the bus captain has your details.
If you are travelling via shuttle please arrive in time for a 2:00 pm departure from the Sydney Domestic terminal. You might need to transfer terminals to get the bus so please arrive with time to do this.
If your flight does not arrive in time for the bus please text or WhatsApp Stacey on 0402 589 427 or +61 402 589 427, be sure to include who is missing the bus, then catch the train from your terminal to Towradgi Station or North Wollongong Station. It is a short walk from Towradgi station to WSLR or catch a taxi/uber to WSLR from North Wollongong. Train times and route options can be found here.
The bus will depart WSLR at 9:30am. When booking flights please allow at least 2 hours travel time plus check in time and terminal transfer time if required.
A separate form needs to be filled out for each child attending ConneXion.

This year, the kids’ program is built around the theme:
A hero isn’t the biggest or strongest. A hero is someone who trusts God and chooses to do what’s right. We’ll help kids discover what it means to be brave through God’s power, to grow strong in spirit, and to stand boldly for their faith—because Jesus is the greatest hero of all and He invites us to follow Him.
Your child will need clothing and all the usual things for their time away, below are just a few specific items they will need for their time in the program. Please label clothing & items.

ConneXion is a fantastic opportunity to hear more about Power to Change and how we are impacting the nation for Christ.
All of our strategies gather together for this biennial conference.
Hear stories from our various strategies, and receive solid Biblical teaching from our leaders.
Get to know other people who are also considering joining Power to Change as well as our missionaries and celebrate or grieve the year that was with us.
To help Campus strategy recruits / students to get to ConneXion, John Mayne and Jerusha Karraker, the Campus Strategy Co-Directors will cover your travel expenses and half of your conference fee, you only need to pay $337.50 (plus any additional things like branded merch or breakfast packs). Please book your travel and send invoices as well as your banking details to stacey.kerr@powertochange.org.au for your travel expenses to be reimbursed.

ConneXion conference is a time in which we gather all the Power To Change missionaries and their families from across Australia and we also have a few missionaries from overseas join us too. Also joining us are potential recruits, students from our campus ministry, volunteers and many more.

WSLR has a range of accommodation options designed to suit everyone. Whether you’re coming as an individual, a couple, or a family, we’ll do our best to place you where you’ll be most comfortable. The conference team will make the final decision on accommodation placement, taking into account your needs and the availability. Families will be together, couples you will be with your spouse. Individuals, if you have roommate(s) suggestions on your registration, we will do our best to room you with them but there is no guarantee.
Any issues with your room, like something is broken, need extra linen, please go to the venue’s reception and a staff member will help you out.
Our bank transfer details will be sent to you via email after you’ve registered. Your payment is due by 6 January 2026.

If you are paying from an Australian Ministry account the conference team will handle the internal transfer. If you are paying from an overseas ministry account, you will need to contact your sending country to send through the payment.
