Sometimes relationships are hard work. Whether you are dating, cohabitating, engaged, newlyweds or have been married for many years, we can all use some help!
At Power to Change, we realise that sometimes relationships can be hard work. Often the day-to-day grind starts to wear us out and as problems come up, we don't feel like we have the needed resources to deal with them. At times, we all can feel like we've hit a road block that as a couple, we just can't seem to work through. We've been there and want to help.
The Relationship Check-Up was designed to help couples have a more holistic look at their relationship in a private setting with one of our trained facilitators. We are not about placing blame but looking at how we can help you work as a team to grow together and shape your relationship into what you want it to be. Relationships were never meant to simply be endured - they were meant to bring life and meet important needs that we all have. We want to help restore that vitality to your relationship.
We use an online assessment that takes about 15-20 minutes for each partner to complete individually. This helps give our trained facilitators a snapshot of your relationship as they meet with you individually as a couple. They will then help equip you with some practical relationship tools and share some insights that are proven to work.
We frequently run the Relationship Check-Up with both married and unmarried couples who want to understand and improve their relationship. The questions asked in each assessment are personalised to the couple's relationship: stage of life, situation, challenges, philosophical/spiritual orientation, and personalities.
