Day Workshop - Melbourne
Leaders following Jesus in building disciplemaking movements
The SHIFTm2M Day Workshop will introduce you to a disciplemaking framework inspired by the life of Christ that will help you intentionally transform your ministry into a spiritual movement.
This one day workshop is NOT SHIFTm2M. It is an introduction to some key concepts that we use in Shift to help you get orientated to the framework. There will be time for you to consider your own ministry context. We recommend you bring some people from your leadership team to maximise the benefit of the workshop.
Who is this event for?
Churches and other Christian organisations who are looking for a way to introduce their ministry leadership to the principles of Jesus’ life and teaching.
Leadership teams who want to work together on a primary pathway for disciplemaking.
People serious about connecting people in their community to Jesus in a non-threatening way.
What others are saying
“The training I received from SHIFTm2M is a better understanding of the life and ministry of Jesus… applying these principles to the church today helps to put ‘meat on the bones’ of my theological training for mission and ministry”.
The Venerable Brett Watterson
Rector of Dubbo Anglican Church Western NSW
“We’ve found the framework and tools of SHIFTm2M incredibly helpful in making disciples and engaging in mission throughout the Plenty Valley. Bill is an engaging communicator who has a deep knowledge of the life and ministry of Jesus and a keen insight into principles of mission and discipleship for churches today.”
